Orders are typically processed on the same day they are received. Depending on warehouse processing times, your package may be handled the same day or the next day.

Restrictions
To ensure safe delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including street or building numbers where applicable. Note the following limitations:

• We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses in any country.

• P.O. Box addresses cannot be delivered.

Failed Deliveries
We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by customer negligence, such as providing an incorrect address, contact number, or consignee name. In such cases, refunds may not be issued.
