  2. Trial Period: Follow our Quick User Guide and recommended usage instructions for at least one month before requesting a return. Most users should observe noticeable hair reduction within this period.
  3. Extended Usage: For optimal results, we recommend using the device for the full 60-day period. Hair regrowth cycles and skin sensitivity to light energy vary by individual, and extending usage may enhance effectiveness. Rest assured, our 60-day money-back guarantee ensures your satisfaction remains our priority.

Important Note: IPL hair removal is not suitable for everyone. Effectiveness depends on hair color and skin tone. The device works best for individuals with Fitzpatrick skin types 1-4 (white to dark brown skin) and dark hair. It is not effective for very dark skin (Fitzpatrick types 5-6) or light-colored hair (e.g., white, gray, red).

Return Process:

  • Condition: Free returns are provided for all orders.
  • Refund Eligibility: To receive a full refund, ensure all items are returned with original stickers attached to the product or packaging for tracking and inventory management purposes. All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
  • Pre-Return Steps:
    1. Contact us to obtain a return shipping label and tracking number. Note: Returns without a return label and tracking number will be rejected.
    2. Print the label and attach it to the package of the return item. Provide a photo or short video of the item(s) along with the return shipping label and tracking number via email.
    3. Drop your package off at a nearby location of the carrier shown on the label (Including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEX and DHL)

This process helps expedite the refund process, which typically takes 7-15 days. We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of receiving your order and are limited to products of the same or lower value.
  • Exchanges are free of charge. Please disregard any prices displayed in our return/exchange system, as they are for internal use only.
  • Pre-Exchange Steps:
    1. Contact us to obtain a return tracking number. Note: Exchanges without a tracking number will be rejected.
    2. Provide a photo or short video of the item(s) along with the return tracking number via email.

All exchanged items must be returned with original stickers attached for tracking and inventory purposes. Items are inspected upon arrival. Damaged, broken, or improperly packaged items may result in delayed or denied exchanges.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Conditions:

  1. Lack of valid proof of purchase, order number, or equivalent evidence.
  2. Failure to return products with a proper shipping label, packaging, user information, or product details necessary for identification.
  3. Damage caused by improper use, disassembly of product, or use of unauthorized accessories.
  4. Devices or accessories traded or used by individuals other than the original purchaser. Returns and exchanges are limited to the original buyer.
